Brief info
Jim is the VP of Solutions. He plays a key role in driving and supporting the evaluation, planning, organization, and execution of strategic initiatives across InnovMarine’s teams.
As a consulting and IT executive, Jim has over 30 years of experience delivering business growth through teamwork and successful partnerships. He has led his teams to win Subcontractor of the Year and Outstanding Supplier Performance Award from General Dynamics Land Systems-Canada and Collins Aerospace, respectively, for exceptional performance and contributions to supply chain success.
Jim earned his Master’s degree in Computer Science from Dalhousie University and has a Master of Arts in Transpersonal Psychology from Atlantic University.
Jim enjoys cooking and is a certified sommelier, which means he loves finding the perfect wine to pair with dinner. Jim has also published several novels and dramatic plays.
