Office Manager/Executive Assistant

The maritime domain is growing and InnovMarine is expanding its team. If you are an interested or a passionate person in this sector, well we have the job cut for you!

Responsible for the administration of the Office, your main responsibilities will be to :

  • Be responsible for financial activities and operations (invoicing, accounts payable, budget analysis)
  • Manage HR primarily in English (hiring, bi-annual review, Payroll, expense accounts, training, bonus programs, Banks of time, holidays, etc.)
  • Support management in the establishment and maintenance of contractual agreements mainly in English (suppliers, clients, partners, Sub-contractors)
  • Maintain the continuous improvement program (procedure, quality control, training)
  • Assisting the sales team in drafting proposals, submissions and various documents mainly in English;
  • Provide support to the technical team in the drafting of reports mainly in English;
  • Coordinate the logistics of national and international travel and events(transportation, hotels, equipment to be planned, expeditions, etc.)

We are looking for:

  • Post-Secondary Diploma in administration, office management or other relevant disciplines
  • Hold a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field
  • Knowledge of accounting
  • Have a rigor, great autonomy and demonstrate versatility
  • Tact and discretion while handling highly confidential information
  • Close attention to accuracy and detail
  • Excellent communication and technical writing skills in both English and French
  • Ability and interest to optimize working methods and processes

Developer/Technical Support Specialist

Member of the technical team, your main responsibilities will be:

Developer:

  • Develop Software solutions and interfaces to help our customers improve their productivity
  • Design and maintain interfaces (middleware) and process automation scripts

Technical Support:

  • Train users on new software features
  • Provide excellent technical support, online and/or onsite to clients
  • Manage the existing IT infrastructure

We are looking for:

  • Post-Secondary Diploma in computer science or engineering
  • Have relevant experience in Web development or database software (SQL, Oracle)
  • A combination of training and relevant experience will also be considered
  • Be recognized for its ability to challenge processes in an improvement perspective
  • Proficiency in the following languages and software:
    • NodeJS, React
    • HTML5, iOS, Win, OSX, Linus
    • Ansible, Vagrant, Docker
    • XML, Flatbuffer
    • VBA, Excel Macro
    • C#, .Net
    • AutoCAD LISP (an advantage)
    • Oracle, SQL (an advantage)
