COVID-19 | Supporting your Business

With the coronavirus (COVID-19) affecting communities and families around the world, this is a difficult time for all of us. At InnovMarine, our priority remains the health and wellbeing of our employees, customers and partners. It is important to us to support how you continue to do business during this time of uncertainty.

Accessing ShipConstructor from home.

SSI has created the following knowledge base article that details options for remotely connecting to workstations for use with ShipConstructor: Running ShipConstructor Remotely

One thing that SSI has switched to in recent months is to use a Remote Desktop Gateway. This bypasses the need to allow external users into your network via VPN. It is more secure and has better performance in our experience as well.
